Using Picture Resizer:
Picture resizer is a tool to speed up the process of resizing many pictures. You select a folder, and this program will resize all of the pictures in that folder according to the settings you specify. (It will not resize pictures in sub-folders).
1) Specify the folder containing pictures
2) You can specify heights and widths for the pictures to be resized to for both portrait and landscape pictures. If you set either the width or height to 0, then it will be automatically calculated to keep the scale of the picture constant.
e.g. If you set landscape width to 800 and landscape height to 0, the width will always be changed to 800 but the picture kept to scale.
If you set both the width and height, then the scale may get adjusted.
3) Choose 'Copy images into sub-folder' if you want the resized pictures to be placed into a new folder meaning the originals won't get overwritten.
4) Choose 'Adjust original images' if you want the resized pictures to just replace the originals.
5) Press Go to start resizing the pictures.
